All-on-X Direct provides digital dental lab support for dental professionals, including digital implant planning, surgical guide design, full-arch and All-on-X restorative workflows, 3D digital dental design, and custom night guard design and fabrication.
We work with general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, prosthodontists, dental practices, and clinical teams that need digital lab support for implant, restorative, full-arch, guided surgery, 3D design, and appliance-related workflows.
All-on-X Direct is a digital-first dental laboratory focused on complex implant, restorative, and appliance workflows. We combine digital planning, CAD/CAM design, surgical guide support, case-specific communication, and dental lab craftsmanship to help clinicians manage cases more efficiently.
You can start by uploading your case files through our secure upload portal or by contacting our team with questions. Our workflow typically includes file submission, case review, digital design or planning, clinician approval when needed, fabrication, quality review, and delivery coordination.
File requirements vary by case type, but clinicians commonly submit CBCT scans, intraoral scans, STL or PLY files, photos, bite records, implant system details, restorative notes, material preferences, and any existing planning or design files.
We support common digital scan workflows and major intraoral scanner outputs, including systems such as iTero, 3Shape, Medit, and Carestream. STL and PLY files are commonly used for digital design and lab workflows. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact our team before submitting the case.
