What to Prepare Before Uploading Your Case
File requirements vary depending on the service you need. To help our team review your case efficiently, please include the available digital scans, CBCT data, photos, bite records, clinical notes, implant details, material preferences, and any existing planning or design files related to the case.
Implant Planning & Surgical Guides
CBCT data, intraoral scans, STL/PLY files, implant system details, desired implant position, surgical guide notes, photos, and restorative goals.
Full-Arch / All-on-X Cases
CBCT data, intraoral scans, bite records, photos, implant and abutment details, restorative notes, provisional or final restoration requirements, and material preferences.
3D Digital Dental Design
STL/PLY files, intraoral scans, photos, bite records, design notes, restoration type, margins, occlusion notes, material preferences, and production requirements.
Night Guard Design & Fabrication
Upper and lower scans, bite record, appliance notes, material preference, occlusion instructions, replacement appliance details, and comfort or fit concerns.

Use the secure upload portal to send your digital prescription, case notes, files, and supporting documentation to All-on-X Direct.
Lab Review & Clarification
Our team reviews the submitted records and contacts your practice if additional files, missing details, design approvals, or technical clarification are needed.
Planning, Design or Fabrication Begins
Once the case information is complete, the workflow moves into implant planning, surgical guide design, 3D dental design, full-arch support, night guard fabrication, or general lab coordination.
